Refund policy

At Montvera, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure the highest quality standards.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• The item is returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, custom pieces and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
